Madeleine Duke is an Australian singer-songwriter who performs with a touching vulnerability, always sincere but never too serious. Her folk-based songs are fleshed out into more complex landscapes, exploring big yet intimate themes, such as relationships and belonging, while always leaving a bit of room for whimsy.

After releasing her self-titled EP, she moved from Melbourne to Berlin where she is taking her sound in a different direction, working with drummer and electronic artist Mesut Gürsoy (MST). The release of the allegorical "Horse of Whittled Wood" in February 2020  marked an imminent departure from folk in its purer form ahead of a forthcoming pop release.

Madeleine Duke has shared the stage with the likes of Ben Mason and Leah Senior and has lent her voice to notable acts such as Courtney Barnett and The Finks.
